UPDATE 4: Network and data center power issue
Most services have been restored, but we are continuing to experience issues with the mainframe and network connectivity.
The vendor is en route to campus to assist with restoration of the mainframe (affecting FAS and HR systems), and is expected to arrive within the hour.
IT Services has isolated the cause of the network issues to a switch in our 1155 Data Center. We will reboot the switch this evening during a maintenance window at 8:30 pm.
