New Graduate Residence Hall Sprinkler and Fire Protection

A project at New Graduate Residence Hall is underway through August 30, to provide a new fire sprinkler system and new fire pump service, and to complete interior space renovations. The work will impact vehicle traffic and pedestrians along 60th Street, and building occupants.


The campus community can expect the following:

--As work takes place inside of offices and interior spaces; advance notice is provided to impacted occupants.

--Two week look ahead schedules are shared with building occupants

--Street and sidewalk work beginning later this month will impact vehicle traffic and pedestrians; duration will be 4 weeks. Confirmed schedule to follow.

--Signage will be in place indicated in red on the map below.

--A one day water shut down is planned; impacted building occupants will receive advance notice of the event.

--The work will take place between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will be noisy, at time; interior work may take place after 5 p.m.
