Voice Conferencing Outage
Jan. 28, 2013 - As of 9:15 a.m., the University's primary voice conferencing service is unavailable; the toll-free number works, but the service does not recognize any conference codes. ITS has reached out to the vendor and the vendor is currently working to reactivate the codes.
Recap of event: At approximately 8:15 a.m., ITS became aware that the University's primary voice conferencing service was unavailable. As of 9:15 the issue has been traced back to the vendor and the vendor is working on reactivating conference codes.
