UPDATE: Data Center Connectivity Issues
Jan. 10, 2013 - As of 1:45 p.m. xMail and Gargoyle, among other services, are unavailable. ITS technicians are continuing to troubleshoot the problem.
Recap of event: At approximately 12:45 p.m. a network issue in the data center began causing sporadic or inconsistent connection problems to a number of services. By 1:45 p.m. xMail and Gargoyle, among other services, had become completely unavailable. ITS Technicians are continuing to troubleshoot the problem.
