Dates: Wednesday, May 23, 2012 - Monday, December 31, 2012
Please be aware that construction at 5711 Woodlawn will commence Wednesday, May 23, 2012 and extend through Monday, December 31, 2012. The community can expect the following during this work:
--Work will be performed on the interior and exterior of the building
--Roof replacement and tuck-pointing the masonry will occur
--Complete interior renovation throughout is planned
--Fencing will be placed around the work area
--Scaffolding will be installed
--Any disruption to pedestrian activity will be notified one week in advance
--Deliveries will be made through the alley during specified construction hours
--All staging by the contractor will be within the perimeter of the fence
--The work will be noisy at times
--Construction hours are from 8:00am - 8:00pm, including some weekend activity
